I had the pleasure to meet Mr Eugene today to install a new stream radiator in my house. I'm very please with the work. He is knowledgeable and very professional. I recommend this plumber to anyone that needs plumbing work

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eugene from H&A Plumbing, and I can confidently say he’s now my go-to plumber. I first contacted him on a Friday afternoon, and he returned my call within the hour. He scheduled an appointment for the following day and confirmed there would be no charge for the estimate. He also assured me he could complete the job the same day.
On Saturday morning, Eugene called around 10 AM to let me know he was available earlier than planned and asked if it was convenient to come by in 30 minutes. True to his word, he arrived promptly at 10:30 AM. Eugene was incredibly pleasant and professional from the start.
He carefully inspected the leaking drain pipe and explained in detail how he planned to fix the issue. His estimate was fair and transparent. He also noted that if additional work was required once the old pipes were opened, there would be an extra charge—and he provided a clear quote for that as well.
Eugene was meticulous and gentle while removing the old pipes, taking great care not to damage any surrounding joints. His measurements and cuts for the replacement pipes were precise, and he completed the repair within 90 minutes. He left the workspace spotless, with no mess to clean up, and everything is now functioning perfectly with no leaks.
I highly recommend Eugene for any plumbing needs. His professionalism, honesty, and skill are unmatched—and I’ll definitely be calling him for any future work.

We had such a great experience with this plumbing service. Alan was awesome—very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was causing the sewer backflow and made sure we understood everything before fixing it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I had an issue with my water heater which I thought was the spout (pictured included) he came by fixed the spout and told me it was the heater leaking itself. He did not charge for fixing the spout but instead offered to completely get me a new water heater and install it at a reasonable price. I just got the house and I thought it would last a little bit longer since I wanted to save but he really helped me out since the water heater kept leaking no matter what I did. I’m grateful he was extremely fast an efficient. The water heater he gave me is also brand new. I highly recommend these guys
