By a struck of luck I was able to get a one-on-one with Kevin. I’ve had some experience with breathing techniques through yoga and meditation but what I learned in that one hour with Kevin was above and beyond. He’s patient, so knowledgeable, approachable and easy to talk with. Such a treat to have someone like him in the area.

Kevin is a generous, curious, patient teacher! I loved my session with him. He helped me see how I was creating tension without realizing I was doing so, and offered solutions on how to achieve relaxation in my everyday movements. Highly recommend his work!

For anyone looking to better manage stress, regulate breathing, improve posture, and avoid burnout, I highly recommend Kevin's Resilient Living program. I worked with Kevin over six weeks through remote sessions, with "homework" in between to practice the posture alignment and breathing techniques I learned in each session. Kevin is a very knowledgable and patient teacher who tailored the program to my goals and needs. I developed much more awareness of my posture and breathing habits, tweaked my daily routine to avoid burnout at the end of the day, and implemented a restorative breathing practice that has really helped me stay on top of day-to-day stress. Thank you, Kevin!

I had a wonderful experience working 1 on 1 with Kevin. He is knowledgeable and was easily able to adapt to what I needed each session. I always felt that he came to our session well prepared but was able to pivot to my individual needs as well. In each session I felt supported, challenged, and seen, which I sincerely appreciate. The techniques I learned in our sessions have been really helpful to me as I pivoted to a new job this semester that involves much more desk work than my previous career. I feel much more prepared to utilize strong posture and breath throughout the day, and it truly helps! Kevin is a master teacher and also a continual student and he brings those attributes to each session. Definitely recommend!
