I had the pleasure of speaking with Trudy from member services today. She was exceptionally professional, quickly grasped the urgency of my situation, and resolved it with impressive efficiency.
We truly appreciate the care & work provided by our Nurse Care Manager, Christine Huynh of Hamaspik. She’s very responsive, informative and also goes beyond her way to help me and my mom all the time. My sister was also thankful for her patience and understanding during her care for my mom in the past. We received calls from Christine from time to time to check on my mom’s health and always available whenever we call in for questions relating to my mom’s health related issues.
