I started with Dr. Miller a few months ago. Despite being an hour away from the office I continue to make the trek in to see him. He is extremely patient, kind and takes the time to answer all the questions I have. He is always clear about the plan of action and never rushes the appointment and that is rare these days.

Office Manager Ms. Ross is also a treasure. Her rapport with me and with other patients is consistently warm and welcoming. She has assisted me many a time to ensure that all of my needs are being met. I have heard her advocating on patients’ behalf with the insurance companies - mine included. Many thanks!

Lastly Jennifer is also very personable and I enjoy having her assist during appointments.

I have always forgotten to leave a review about this wonderful office, but today, November 13, after another visit, I finally had to share my experience. My visit was absolutely amazing.

My first visit with Dr. Miller was outstanding. The new manager, Cameka, has completely transformed the atmosphere. She is warm, personable, professional, and hands-on. The office is spotless, and the front desk staff is consistently pleasant. When I arrived for a visit, Cameka was at the front desk assisting patients, and only afterward did I find out she was the manager.

By my third visit, it was clear that the environment, care, and overall patient experience had significantly improved.

I have been seeing Dr miller since he took over for Dr stern and my experience with both him and Camika have been nothing short of pleasant. She is very diligent and always takes care of any and everything I have asked of her when it comes to both myself and my mother. She always goes above and beyond to take care of our health care needs

I have been a patient at Highland Medical for almost 20 years . I started out with Dr. Dorf ( he retired ). I then had the option of getting medical from Dr. Ronald Stern who was a phenomenal doctor. Dr. Stern was upfront and told you like it was ( old school ) . Dr. Stern and I had a great patient doctor relationship. He too retired. Great doctor. After Dr. Stern’s retirement, I than had the opportunity once again to stay with Highland Medical or to find a new primary care . I decided to stay , I am so grateful that I did . Let’s begin with Cameka ( office manager ) front desk she’s wonderful . I feel as if I known her for years . Dr. Laurence Miller , I couldn’t be more happier that I decided to stay with Highland Medical . It seems like the longer that I decided to stay the better my physicians have gotten . Dr. Miller enters the room shakes your hand and always with a smile . Dr. Miller is a phenomenal doctor he listens , answers all of my questions and concerns. And can even have a quick laugh at some of my responses. Lol . From the very first time that I have saw Dr. Miller with an ut-oh of a new doctor , from day one I have always felt at ease and comfortable.
