Extremely responsive team! Probably the best communication I've had with a contractor for my house. I appreciated that the team showed up when they said they would, and if plans had to change due to weather etc, I was notified promptly so I wasn't waiting around. They took the time to answer my questions, explained what I should expect and gave me some options to pick from. Well done!
The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL . They called back in a timely fashion. They answered all my questions. They knew what they were talking about. The only thing that was slow was the permits, but it had nothing to do with the company. It’s basically upon the town that you live in and Connecticut is slow with everything but Best Choice Roofing company is astonishing with every single thing that they do!! I am mostly happy with how they showed up earlier than expected the job was done, sufficiently, they explained every single thing in full detail of what they were going to do and they left their work area clean. It wasn’t a work hazard. Truly happy with the experience that I had. I definitely recommend, and I will be calling them back to utilize other things for my home that needs fixing as well.
