We had our sofa and ottoman cleaned. After the furniture dried, there appeared to be a spot on the ottoman that was not there prior to the cleaning. There were also a couple of spots on the sofa and the base of the sofa looked like the fabric color ran all over, including on to some of the actual upholstery. Jersey Shore Carpet Cleaning did come back out and attempted to get the new spot and other areas recleaned, but unfortunately when the fabric dried again, the ottoman spot and the running color on the base of the couch under the cushions remained. I was asked to text a photo of the spot to Jersey Shore Carpet Cleaning, which I did, but there was never any follow up from Jersey Shore Carpet Cleaning after that. The only reason I gave this company 2 stars is because they did come back out to attempt a second cleaning. I am very disappointed that my sofa and ottoman are is worse shape than they were prior to the cleaning. Buyer Beware!
I called late on a Sunday and the owner answered the phone! I was able to get the next day too! I had a great technician named Donald. He was very professional and did a perfect job! We will DEFINITELY recommend this company and will be using again in the future
Wish I took before pictures! We have 3 kids and a dog so our couch was pretty gross to say the least. Now after the cleaning it looks so much better and smells amazing. The cleaner, Keith, was quick taking only an hour and did a great job! Everything besides permanent marker stains came out. So happy with the results. Wish I did this sooner!
The company contacted me to resolve the issue and I still remain happy and plan to use them again as previously stated, but especially after they addressed the stain issue. Thank you Mike!

Keith was great and extremely considerate with my baby being home during time of cleaning. Kitchen grout came out beautiful and carpets the same as well
However the problem came a few days after cleaning. I believe the machine could have potentially leaked dirty water on my carpet where the machine was stationary for most of the cleaning. The spot in question— about 2’x4’ — was soaking wet for almost a week after cleaning. Then once it dried it darkened and smelled putrid. I called and asked if they could come take a look. They said they would add me to the list and come redo it free of charge. Carpets were cleaned on a Wednesday. I called the following Monday while carpet stain was still wet. By Thursday I’d heard nothing and called again— they assured me I was on the list. Well here we are 3 weeks after the cleaning, 2 weeks following my phone call and still nothing.
My baby has just started crawling and trying to walk, and having this space shampooed was important to me. I finally had to break out my own carpet shampooer and do the best I could so that she could continue to play.
I would definitely schedule with them again in the future but I will be certain to tell the technician about the stain prior to avoid future staining once again.

My problem was that a large chair didn’t come clean. The spot on the bottom part of chair was a water stain from wiping up a little spill. You will see in the pictures! The carpet look great but that one chair doesn’t look so good. Sorry The arms of the chairs didn’t turn out very good either!
