Nice quiet airport for private airplanes. Stuff really nice and friendly 😃
Watching the planes take off and land here is always nice. Occasionally they have an old world war 2 era DC-3 plane fly out from here and go around the area.
Friendly tower with a great place to eat at the terminal!
Friendly ATC.. Great place for student pilots to practice in the pattern. Be careful when turning south down the Hudsen river to avoid Stewart International air space on the west side.
Nice well maintained airport with helpful air traffic controllers. Never an issue with coming in for a few touch and goes. Just Northeast of the Newbury beacon bridge. Stay to the east side of the Hudson to avoid SWF airspace.
