Rick and his team Derek and Juan did a great job installing porcelain tile in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Great communication during the entire process. Receptive to concerns and provided alternatives to solve any issues. Professional from start to finish. Highly recommend them to family and friends.

Rick and his team at Palermo Tile Kitchen & Bath exceeded all expectations of our Kitchen remodel. The remodel was completed in early July 2025. From the first initial meeting through construction and even little in-betweens, Rick maintained constant communication, professionalism, and commitment to get the job done within budget and in the time frame quoted. Our project was a complete gut and redesign of our kitchen including removal of a load bearing wall to create an open concept with new flooring throughout. Rick has the knowledge and support of a great team around him to get all the work done. From carpentry, to plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, flooring, and painting Rick has it all at his disposal and each part of the project was scheduled ahead of time and known to us when they were coming. We were able to move throughout the house with minimal materials in the way and each day the job site was cleaned up very good as we have 2 small kids running around. The end result is nothing short of perfection. We continue to this day to get compliments and admiration for such and amazing job done and people marvel at the transformation that was done to our home.
