This is my second time using Lee Myles in Saint James. First was for my jeep and a transmission fluid change. And today they took care of my daughter’s Hyundai that was having a bad hesitation and jerking between first and second gear. Richie was fantastic to deal with and explained some potential causes but they would take a look and get back to me. He called and said his tech was able to recreate the issue when driving (Amazing in and of itself. How many times do shops take a look at a vehicle only to say it’s not doing what you described lol). Long story short we started with the most sensible first thing to try which was a reprogramming of the transmission module. It seems to have worked. My daughter picked up the car a few hours ago and said it drives great. I have to commend Richie on many levels. Very comfortable to deal with…he seems to genuinely care and he gives you honest feedback. A few hundred dollar repair could have been thousands with a dishonest shop. Most importantly, my daughter’s vehicle is now safe for her to drive. Definitely heading back for another Jeep transmission service and will gladly recommend (highly) Richie to anyone who needs honest and quality work.

Was having an issue with my car and was quoted $4500 at the dealer to fix an issue with my transmission. I decided to drop into Lee Myles and get their professional opinion and I am so happy with my decision. Turns out it was not a transmission issue and no where near $4500 to fix. The owner, Mario, was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The staff is nice and informative. Would recommend to anyone dealing with any transmission related issues.

Mario and his time are top notch! They are extremely accommodating, every professional and their pricing is very reasonable. I took my car for an oil change and found their prices to be more competitive than most shops around. I would highly recommend them if your car needs work and I will definitely be using them again in the future!
