I just moved out east from city. My service center is one of my favorites but is to far to reasonably go to now. I am thankful for competition bmw! They were able to service my tire issue and give me back my car the same day. Shout out to Peter Perpall for making this such an easy process. You have my thanks and my future business!!!!!
I had a 2015 4 series that I purchased from a dealership in another state and found that Competition was the best place for me to bring it to for service. They’re not the closest to my home, but they have been the most attentive, flexible and upfront for service. When my 2015 435 got to the point that repairs didn’t make sense, Greg Box, a fantastic service associate connected me to Dawn Cohen, a fantastic sales associate. As an owner of an older car, Greg worked with me through some complex repairs and always made me feel valued. When I worked with Dawn to purchase another beautiful midlife crisis car, she made the process a great experience. Greg, Dawn and Competition have made me feel valued.
