Stopped by Jiffy Lube in St. James on New Year’s Eve when the place was clearly busy, and I was still impressed. Tyrone, Terrance, and Yi were professional, efficient, and kept everything moving without rushing or cutting corners.
There were four cars ahead of me, yet they got everyone in and out smoothly. No attitude, no chaos — just a solid, well-run team doing their job right on a hectic day when most people would’ve been checked out.
