Even though having our trailer impounded was a big headache, I have to say that Ronnie was a very fair and decent person through the whole process. He went out of his way to help us get our trailer back on the road. It’s funny how, even in tough moments, you still find people who treat you with honesty and kindness. Thanks, Ronnie.

Was omw to MA and my tire pressure lights came on. Silly me, I accidentally took my handheld air pump OUT of the car before I left! I pulled in not realizing they had an air pump for public use (you need quarters) and went straight to the garage. Without hesitation they told me to pull in and checked all of my tires, not just the ones that were indicating low psi. I had no cash (ATM was down) but offered beer which was politely declined. They could have been jerks and told me to go do it myself using the public air pump but they didn't. They were more than happy to help, joking around and making me feel comfortable. THANK YOU!!

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Ronnie for over 20 years. He is honest and fair, and he’ll never try to sell you something you don’t need. Prior to taking over at Hyatt’s he and his family owned a towing garage and repair shop in Yonkers, where we moved here from 18 years ago, and we would still travel down there with our vehicles whenever possible-THAT’S how much we trust him. We are so happy that he’s been up here for a while now and that the shop is very close to us. It’s certainly more convenient, PLUS we have the peace of mind knowing that we’re getting his continued support to keep us running!

I was traveling from Boston back to Kentucky, and my water pump started leaking coolant. I was able to get Hyatt's Garage and asked for some help in getting the water pump changed. Not sure of the if any damage was done while driving because I didn't know how long the coolant had been leaking. It took a couple of days to get the repair completed because getting parts and having to do the repair twice (had a leak, maybe some warping), they had me back on the road home. Very nice people, helpful and fair pricing for the amount of work done.
