I'm a regular at this mall whether is food shopping, gas, coffee, or snacks this plaza is definitely a GO-TO
I go to Stop& shop almost every single day. It's a great store. It's clean. Love to go to the self-checkout. Because I am there almost every single day. I live around the corner. I know all the self-checkout people and they are so wonderful and so helpful. I wish I could remember their names and mention them here. I absolutely love the sushi guy. If you don't want to go to a sushi restaurant and you want sushi for lunch, definitely go there. It's fresh, made every single day. And if you go early enough before 11:00, you can actually talk to him and get sushi made the way you want. He uses fresh sushi grade seafood every single day.
This small shopping plaza is convenient for local Hyde Park residents. There’s a Stop & Shop Supermarket anchor store which is pretty large and has a good assortment of brand and generic groceries.
There’s a take-out Chinese restaurant that has a good mix of menu options which includes combination platters The taste is delicious in my opinion and prices are reasonable.
There’s Artistic Hair Design unisex beauty shop. The hairdressers are skilled in their craft of doing haircuts, hairstyles, hair dye and highlights.
There’s a liquor store in this location.
There’s also a Dollar Store that has affordable prices and a large selection of items such as housewares, decorations
for every day, special occasions and holidays, cards, bathroom needs, some food items, garden stuff and more.
HVCU (Hudson Valley Credit Union) has an indoor and outdoor ATM. There’s a coin machine that automatically counts loose coins and deposits the total amount directly into your bank account (checking or savings). Tellers are available to assist with financial transactions.
Overall, I like the Hyde Park Mall and shop there often.
They have a good supermarket, a dollar general, a karate dojo, a hair salon, a Chinese reataurant, a dunking donuts, a bank, and a couple other stores, moat of your basic needs can be attended to here. They also have a free book box, and a few Poke Stops for thise who play Pokemon Go, and a Bus stop to Poughkeepsie in there. Overall a good shopping experience.
