I am writing to highly recommend this location, primarily due to the exceptional staff.
Regardless of the time of day—though we usually place late-night orders—the team is consistently professional and considerate. They are kind enough to call us regarding any delivery issues, and they are even nicer when interacting with them in person.
Anytime I come to Insomnia Cookies, it's always worthwhile. Best cookies in my honest opinion.
Although the cookies were fresh and delicious they have a weird policy were I couldn't bring my bottled water that I was drinking on a hot day into the establishment. I even told the young lady the policy was awkward and very horrible towards the community and any costumer coming into the establishment looking to spend $ this was my first and last time. I would like to know who owns this location no wonder i was the only customer they're driving costumers away.
