    iPower has the best customer service. They send an email and text notice every year to set up a maintenance service on my generator. Last summer when we lost power and the generator then stopped they returned my call within mins and came out the next day to take service it. Always helpful and always on time

    We have an automatic house generator that requires annual maintenance. Our former maintenance company owners’ retired and we needed to find another company for this important task.

    After researching many companies, I scheduled an appointment with iPower Generators in Valhalla. The office person, Sydney, was pleasant and accommodating when scheduling our time. We received reminder text msgs regarding our appointment.

    Aaron, the technician, arrived on time. I had never been present when our former company performed the annual maintenance check. I asked Aaron many questions about the scope of work. Aaron was very informative - answering all my questions , explaining the work and reasons for certain actions.

    Aaron was knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. He was also very affable. It was a pleasure meeting him.

    I’m both happy and confident in selecting iPower Generators to maintain our generator.

    We switched over to iPower (from Yost and Campbell) for our generator. iPower has been great! Our first service 6 months ago iPower said that we had a recall sitting on the generator for years and it was dangerous that it wasn't taken care of.
    We are finally receiving wonderful service and Aaron did a 1/2 year service today and he was also great! We highly recommend using iPower!

    I generally do not leave reviews but I am making an exception in this instance due to the incredibly positive experience I had with iPower Generators. Approximately two years ago I had a new generator installed. Since installation, until i Power became involved, the generator had intermittent but continuing problems. It was the hardest situation to correct in that the generator appeared to be functioning properly, tested weekly without a problem, and then with no warning intermittently ceased to function, shutting down with a red light message such as "high temperature" or "low pressure." Prior to iPower there were no less than 6 separate repair people who came, worked on it, and tested it. It appeared to be fixed and might run for a period of time, but eventually would shut down again. Since installation the circuit board was replaced, the high temperature control was replaced, the oil was changed etc. I contacted the manufacturer, who made recommendations, including iPower. Robbie, who answered the phone, was highly knowledgeable and empathetic and opined that due to the on again, off again nature of the problem it might be loose wiring or a loose connection. Dave, the iPower repair person, came promptly, even though I had never before been a customer. Dave was top notch in his knowledge, skill and willingness to communicate with me while he was working. He took the time and had the skill to take the generator apart, test with his multimeter and probe to get the bottom of the problem, telling me all along the way what he was doing and why he was doing it. Within a few minutes I was confident he would fix the intractable problem, which he did. The generator has worked without a hitch since his visit. The price for the service was more than reasonable. If you have any need connected to your generator, I believe this is the company to contact.

    They installed our generator 10 years ago and have never had any problems until last Sunday evening. During a power outage the generator was not running properly and I called iPower about it. They called me back within a few minutes to discuss the problem and by 10am the next day the service tech was here to correct the problem.
    I ran my own business for 50 years and appreciate what it takes to provide that level of customer service. They’re serious about it which is not common these days.
    If you’re thinking about using iPower it’s an easy call. You won’t regret it!
