The theater has gone downhill over the years came in yesterday to see the movie. Primate theater was extremely cold. Air-conditioning was on the seats were disgusting. Went and talked to staff. Staff acted like they didn’t care told us there was nothing they can do. Staff at concession stands were very friendly. The rest of the staff is extremely rude and dry.

i am giving the manager richard ward 5 golden stars!!! he is the best because i came in a few days after i lost my my drivers license and debit card (possibly at the movies). i mentioned i lost my cards to the beautiful bartender yolanda. she asked richard to look for them in the lost and found. he came back to the bar with them both!!! i am so appreciative of richard and yolanda. i hope you both get home safely tonight and have an amazing holiday as well! thank you both so much!!!

Went to see Demon Slayer in 4D with the motion seats are garbage. Way too much vibration going on for a 2 hour movie. I left and booked the other rooms with reclining seats much better. The theater is dated and the food is overpriced. The whole place feels like it hasn’t had a deep cleaning since the last blockbuster of the ’90s. It’s usually empty, which might be the only upside—no trouble finding a seat.

If you’re looking for an underwhelming night out, this place delivers. The theater is dated, the food is overpriced cafeteria fare served by staff who clearly haven’t been trained, and the whole place feels like it hasn’t had a deep cleaning since the last blockbuster of the ’90s. It’s usually empty, which might be the only upside—no trouble finding a seat. Unfortunately, with better options nearby, there’s little reason to come back unless they seriously invest in upgrades.
