Highly recommend! Dr Etts and Dr Cifione are the best. Super knowledgeable and doesn’t feel like their time is too valuable for you. They take the time to really do everything they can to help and answer all of your questions.

Staff very friendly. When you call the office, you get a nice person named Linda, bot a machine. Dr. Kannengeiser treated my foot wounds with great success. He talks to you like you are a person, not just a patient. Whenever I need help with my feet or cellulitis, he was always there to help. I recommend Dr. K and his staff highly.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Gomberg! I am someone who is absolutely terrified of needles and gets anxious just walking into a doctor’s office. From the moment Dr. Gomberg walked into the room, his calm and personable demeanor immediately put me at ease. He truly has an exceptional bedside manner—he took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered every question I had with patience, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

What stood out most was how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He never rushed me or made me feel like just another number, which is so rare these days. If you’re someone who gets nervous about seeing a doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Gomberg. He made what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. I can not express the helpfulness of the staff in the west islip office. I have dealt with a lot of doctors offices and have never experienced such an empathetic, understanding staff. They are really the best. Getting an appointment for an injury, dealing with the insurance company for approval, setting up a surgery date, helping with the pre surgical and medical clearance and after care. I had no stress at all because they treated the situation like I was part of their family.

I called as a new patient, in so much pain after having done something to my foot. I expected them to tell me it was a wait, but they got me in the next day...less than 24 hours after my call. The doctor, Dr. K., was AMAZING. He was knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything to me. His bedside manner was fantastic. The office is clean and the staff is so friendly, from the receptionist to the x-ray tech. My appointment was at 2:30, I was out by 3. Highly recommend.
