We had my son’s birthday at Island Rock and it was one of the best parties on Long Island we had. The staff was great and was easy to work with during the planning phase. The team members that helped us onsite were very experienced even with 14 kids they had to wrangle. My son had so much fun with his friends we will be booking again for sure!
My group had an incredible experience! They had a ton of fun and climbed throughout our whole session. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Would 100% go back and recommend for a group event!
WE came with a group of youth, ages 8-16 and everyone had a great time! A great variety of different climbs, staff was very friendly and encouraging to the kids. Thank you for a great day off from school!

As a beginner in the climbing community I felt very welcomed at this gym. It was my 3rd time climbing when I visited Island Rock, I was greeted at the door and signed a quick waiver. I was taken on a tour of the facility, given some info on the level of holds and how to share the space safely with others. I went for the bouldering and spent 2 hours climbing around and I enjoyed it thoroughly! The routes were super fun, creative and had me intrigued the whole time. Great music choices btw!
