At my first visit it was clear I’d only done laundry and home and never used the industrial machines, the owner very kindly and causally explained how the drum is slightly different than home machines and gave advice on how much detergent to use. So sweet and helpful and I’ve been back multiple times since!
Wonderfully hardworking and professional owner, good prices, clean setting with kind and helpful staff, accessible location, extra parking at back, Starbucks and several good walkable restaurants in the same plaza. I’ve been doing my laundry at Jack’s for eight years, have made friends here, appreciate the diverse community that shows up, and can highly recommend this laundromat.
I highly recommend this laundromat. I wash my clothes here 2x a week and it's always clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I've dropped my clothes off a few times as well and they're AMAZING! Prices and hours are also very reasonable. Definitely worth a shot!
Enjoy coming here. They are very nice people. The laundromat is very clean. I don't understand how "Michael" seems to have an issue. Jack and his beautiful wife are incredibly nice and speak perfect English. In fact, I'm actually heading in tomorrow morning first thing.
