Jamie Smith Fitness is absolutely phenomenal! I walked in a year and a half ago and never looked back. Jamie has created an incredible community that instantly makes you feel welcomed, supported, and motivated. The entire team is amazing! They can somehow convince you that burpees are “fun,” give you a killer workout, and have the ability to make you laugh while simultaneously questioning all your life choices.
Would sweat, complain, and come back for more!
Jamie Smith is the best gym and fitness community in the Hudson Valley! I have been working out with JSF for about a year now and enjoy every class with all the different trainers, they each have their own style and they challenge me in different ways. I feel so accomplished after every each session! I look forward to my gym time every week!
This is more than a gym! This is a community of people who are supportive and welcoming. Jamie and his trainers are so knowledgeable, motivating and always pushing you to do your best. Jamie Smiths fitness is the best gym I have ever been to. Every trainer there is amazing! I first trained with Jamie after being basically incapacitated for 2 years from an injury.u work outs were always geared to my own needs and to ensure I didn’t injure myself. The best gym I’ve ever been to. The community here is warm, friendly and motivating. Jamie is an excellent personal trainer that makes sure you stay moving and feel good. The good energy here is contagious and they offer so many different types of workouts! Yoga, heavy lifting, fast paced, boxing, etc. Try it and you won’t be disappointed!
