My car broke down 3 hours in to my almost 6 hour drive and they were so kind to take me in as an emergency. The whole staff was wonderful, very nice. Very open about what the issues were and what caused it. Very reasonable pricing, I was honestly expecting it to be more. I’m so grateful that they took me in and got me back on my road trip within a couple hours. (Also great food and store recommendations to go to as an out of towner!)

Stopped by close to their closing time yesterday as my brakes felt off on my drive home and I had my daughter with me. The women at the front desk were wonderful and let me know I could leave it for the next day. Early the next morning they called me with a game plan and to my surprise could also change my oil and do my inspection for me.

They were fully transparent, didn't try to upsell anything, and had my car ready to go before end of day. The cost was also super reasonable! I'm grateful to find a shop close to home that I can trust!

On the way home from a family trip our car starting having issues. Jerry’s was the only place nearby so we called to see if they could help. They were amazing from start to finish. Got us in and out in a few hours and prices were reasonable. You can tell they are good at what they do!

I was traveling and had a car accident on NY-17 a few months ago a few hours away from my house. I looked for body shops in the area for repairs and found Jerry's Collision and decided to bring my car to them. Jerry and Carol were more than helpful throughout the entire process.

Since I lived a few hours away, it was not so easy to come in person to handle all the business but this body shop was able to accommodate. They were extremely responsive and courteous throughout the whole process, keeping me updated at each step.

I paid for this repair out of pocket and this shop was able to give me a very reasonable price for the work that was done. After receiving parts for the repair, Jerry and his crew were able to get the job done very quickly. Upon inspecting the car during pickup, it seemed like they did a great job and the car looked to be in good condition.

After driving the car for a few months, I have had no issues and the car seems to be like new again. Jerry and his team did an excellent job. This crew is courteous and skilled in their profession. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs on their vehicle.
