Staff are really nice. Great airline if you have a family with children. Friendly staff, and the pilots always make up time if your delayed. Planes are clean! And lots of tropical destinations and cross Atlantic routes. Would definitely recomend.

JetBlue staff have been miserable and not helpful at all. Luggage attendance especially after a flight got cancelled and they had our bags overnight.
Everyone has different info and weren't sure if our bags would get checked in on the plane after the flight got rebooked.

JetBlue Airways operates from Terminal 5 at JFK Airport. I often choose this airline due to its affordable airfare. The terminal is spacious and features various restaurants and shops, resembling a mini-mall. Currently, upgrades and expansion are underway. The TSA lines can vary depending on the time and day, so if you're planning to travel, I recommend not driving. Instead, consider taking the AirTrain or a taxi. There is limited parking available, and if you do choose to park, be prepared for the possibility of being towed or paying $90 per day for the lot.

My flight departing was a great experience. The plane was clean, the extra room seats were totally worth it and they actually had healthy snacks. I just wish they would get their website sorted out.
