Terminal 4 Baggage Storage Service

Had to come here and make sure I leave a good review because I was so thankful of this service at JFK. I decided to visit NYC from a recent work trip in a nearby city and had two luggage I didn’t want to take with me to the city so I looked for a place to store them overnight. Thankfully T4 luggage service is right there by the arrival area in terminal 4 and provided 24/7 service which perfectly catered my need. You just have to fill out their online form to secure an appointment (the appointment is for a luggage search for TSA compliance). You can make an appointment while there in person, the form is just for you to enter your information online. Cost of luggage storage as of 2025 is $30+tax for all standard sizes for 24 hrs. Oversize ones can cost more. I mean if I have to pay $30 so that I don’t have to drag my stuff all around nyc and just enjoy my time, totally worth it. You’re in New York, you will be spending in that city anyway. Also highly appreciate Hector for the excellent customer service.

Left my carry-on here for a few hours during a layover, and honestly, it was the best $30 I spent that day. Super convenient location—right next to the train station that connects to the rest of the MTA, so getting around was easy without dragging my bag everywhere. The place is open 24/7, which is a huge plus if you’re flying in at odd hours like I was. Staff were really friendly and made the whole drop-off and pickup process quick and easy. If you’ve got time to kill and don’t want to haul your luggage around, this spot is a no-brainer.

Everything went really smoothly with me: I booked an appointment in advance and had to stand in line for like 15 mins, which is fine. But I witnessed a worker simply cutting the line behind me due to the lack of storage space. That could be extremely unpleasant if you count ed on this specific service in this specific terminal. So just be aware that such things may happen and book in advance!
My overall experience was great, and I would use this service again!

You have to fill out the registration form online and pay in person. We not found out after waiting in line for so long. There is no way to fill out the form in person. They also go through your luggage with was a hassle but they did not do an extensive check or else I would have deducted more stars as it would be a pain to reorganize the stuff in the luggage. Paid about $27 for one large luggage to be stored for up to 24 hours. Quite pricey but convenient since we didn't want to carry it to the city. This location in terminal 4 is open 24 hours but the one in terminal 1 is not.
