We recently renovated our kitchen and Jilco supplied our cabinets. Their customer service is truly amazing. Lou was our point of contact throughout the process, which we are so grateful for! He was always readily available for questions and addressed all of my concerns appropriately. His expertise was also used to guide the cabinet layout to optimize functionality. He also assisted with a referral to a contactor for countertops, which was greatly appreciated as well. The finished product is everything we had hoped it would be, thanks to Jilco.

I am a homeowner in Westchester. I've been gradually changing out all of our windows, doors and skylights over the last 2-3 years. At this point, we changed out 16 windows, 3 doors and 3 skylights, all from Jilco. They are fantastic to work with. They truly make the process so simple and smooth. In particular, I'd like to mention Adriana Burns in sales. She is a pleasure to work with and is very patient with my often long winded questions!
Aside from sales, their service department is top notch. They came out numerous times to tweak adjustments on our windows and doors. In particular, Craig Paro is awesome! He really made sure each time that we were happy and satisfied with the function.

We could not have been more happy working with Jilco, a rare, "one-stop-shop" in the kitchen and home business. They have an experienced sales and internal design team to walk you through every step of the process. From the kitchen design itself utilizing their high tech design software, to their problem solving and creative eye, and the order/delivery process. Sarah and Lou were outstanding and we will definitely be working with Jilco again on any other home projects.

My husband and I moved into our 100 year-old home about 13 years ago and have since done quite a bit of work on it and cannot say enough about Jilco. Their products are top of the line and even more importantly, their customer service is top notch. Not one detail goes ignored and from helping us with the design and configuration of our kitchen to choosing the cabinets to install to recommending which sliding doors are best for our young children, they clearly want their customers walking away happy and it shows.
