Rafael is a fantastic tailor. i've used him for everything from suits, ripped elbows on shirts, to resizing leather jackets.

Amazing business,staff and owner. My clothes are professionally done and always on time. Mary, Noel and staff are always friendly and attentive. they call most customers by their first name if known and always asks how they are. if a stain is on a item they always try to redo to try to get the stain out. Never a problem with them.

Jim Dandy and Nick did a phenomenal job after my apartment was flooded. I had a vintage coat that was damaged, they were able to restore it to the original condition and I couldn't be happier with the results! All my other cloths were delivered in a great condition! Thank you!

These people are awesome. Mary is one tough lady of a boss, as is one of her top supervisors, Noelle. I always trust my drop-offs to either of these two. If you do deal with any of the younger staff, and you have a question, like the stickers on the cash registers all say loud and clear: "See Mary!" Should anyone happen to screw up (and they rarely do), count on Noelle to give workers an uncensored, thoroughly entertaining piece of her mind.

They consistently do excellent work. And they're honest: if they're not able to do something, they'll tell you. They won't pretend and "do their best to get it out" like a lot of other competitors in the area. I've been a customer with them for years. Mary and her staff are respectful and friendly...just the most hardworking, good hearted-people. I honestly wouldn't think of bringing my clothes to be cleaned as well as they do every time to anyone else. And a big shout out to their excellent tailor, Rafael, who is always polite and professional, and has done some excellent work for us in the past. And, don't forget: see Mary!

We just moved into the area so of course I’ve been looking for new services to replace those from our last home. I received a notice from Jim Dandy‘s and went in because it was so inviting. I met a really lovely woman with long curly hair who spent time with me explaining how their services work. She was so professional and friendly. She explained that not only do they do dry cleaning with a turnaround time of the same day if you want but, they check every garment for condition, And cleanliness after the dry cleaning process has taken place. So I picked up my first items and lo and behold she told me there was a little hole under the arm of a black sweater that I had dropped off. I felt like I was getting such a great service. I’m definitely going to be a customer of this establishment going forward.
