We were really regretful having not had her morning coffee before a trip to Governors Island in Manhattan. But luckily, Joe’s coffee saved the day and we were able to get our fix. This is a small serving counter that is just what you need before heading to the ferry.
Joe Coffee is wonderful and I’m a fan in general, but the quality control at this outpost is slipshod. Our lattes tasted almost burnt and were close to undrinkable. I would dearly love the Joe leadership to do a quality audit here, as I worry this location could damage the brand. I will continue to visit other Joe locations gladly - but not this one.
The sweetest baristas work here! I’m always surprised how delicious their cold brew is and it helps that the people making the drink are kind and patient. Loyal customer!!
