My Subaru really needed an oil change and I was able to one without an appointment along with a free multi point car inspection with detailed pics. The waiting area is clean with complementary beverages and snacks. Their staff are friendly and professional. I am happy with the service provided. Thanks to Johnston Subaru
Had my first experience at Johnston Subaru and it was a great experience. Dani is amazing and she took well care of me. Def go see her. The staff was great and friendly as well as the service area and back shop. Definitely will be continuing service here.
Kind and dedicated staff. Our service coordinator was Jen. She is always helpful and makes herself available to answering all questions and concerns. She get back to you in a timely matter. We have been servicing our vehicle for 5 years with Johnston Subaru and are always completely satisfied with each detail of their servicing. Highly recommend!
Service at Subaru is always fantastic. My car wasn’t going to be ready by the time I needed to leave for a party, and without me even asking, they offered me a loaner car just for a tire change. That completely saved my weekend—I made it to the party and didn’t have to stress while my car was being repaired. They’ve always been so kind and accommodating, and their prices are very reasonable. I really appreciate how helpful they’ve been every step of the way.
Excellent service from start to finish! I recently had my 2021 crosstrek serviced at Jonhston Subaru), and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A big thank you to my service advisor, Dan, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process.
I also wanted to highlight how convenient it was to use their loaner. It made my life so much easier not having to rearrange my schedule while my car was being fixed.
