We lost our mom a few weeks ago and as anyone who has dealt with loss- it is overwhelming, confusing and challenging on so many levels. As one of the first tasks- picking a funeral home to handle your loved one is daunting but I'm so glad we made the decision to go with Sorce. Stacey was helpful and kind without making the process more emotionally draining than it already is.
My daughter passed away from her 2 year battle with DMG brain cancer in August and Joe, his brother and the rest of the staff made our difficult time so much more bearable. They arranged for everything and kept in constant contact with us to put us at complete ease.
Our daughter's arrangements was complicated due to mixed religious and cultural differences and they guided us through the process of finding an Iman and a Pastor for our daughter's viewing and burial. We expected there to be some controversy and conflicts but with their guidance and advice, things went very smoothly.
Even after the funeral, the kept in touch with us and had whatever we requested ready the same day or the next day. They gathered up the flowers, printed hundreds of thank you cards and even provided us with a temporary grave marker until we could have the headstone installed.
We want to thank everyone at Joseph Sorce funeral home for the seamless support and for making the whole process as comforting and easy as possible.
Staff and owners provided our family with an incredible support and assistance during one of the most difficult times in our lives. They were very helpful, understanding and showed true professionalism and compassion.

Our incredible father passed away peacefully but unexpectedly during the coronavirus. We had used this location in the past for our brother and our mom. Joe walked us through the entire process of planning a fitting tribute for a man we all adored. Joe was available at all times and ready to help with anything we may need. We felt that the visitation, church services and burial were coordinated beautifully. Every effort was made to respect us in our time of grief as well as honor our Dad as he passed on to eternal life. So grateful to Sorce Funeral Home
