I had a good experience with Kaitlyn J Buck, PA, ENT doctor located in Goshen, NY. She had a nice warm smile to start and immediately showed me she knew the depth of expertise by offering to clean the wax plug, from my right ear, which I had checked off on my chart, but was not what I came in for. Then we had a nice chat about what I did come in for; to check to see if I had polyps on my vocal cords. I heard it was an easy procedure and indeed it was. A tiny camera on a protected wire, just the right length, was guided through one of my nostrils of choice, after she squirted something through the nostril, to make sure there was no interference, and as an antibacterial precaution. She looked through the camera and could see there were no polyps. But she did see that my vocal cords weren't fully closed, which is good information for my speech therapist. I asked her a bunch of questions which she answered. I asked if she could fax this info to my speech therapist and she did. It was received the very next day!
