While the design and install was flawless. They have poor follow up communication on system issues. Placed numerous calls, spoke with a person (took message) and their now automated system seems to imply they are not able to handle or have too many product issues to attend address. Beware if you need any warrantee service.

Kasselman Solar was top notch from start to finish. David Kowalsky, my Pv Design Engineer was a pleasure to work with. He was on top of everything. The quality of the product and the installation is 10 out of 10. My system is 8.3 kw and has cut my utility bill in half.

Alex really listens to his clients and provides reasonable accommodations when asked. I was very appreciative about certain design questions and Alex went the extra mile to make my wife and I very comfortable with this process. The installation crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The craftsmanship and attention to customers expectations and details is beyond impressive. Our installation is top notch and impeccable. It’s not only very clean...it is seemingly discreet and functional. I would like to thank the Kasselman family! I really feel like this company - seems like a big family and all employees are very happy and speak highly about their employer. There is something to be said about this! It clearly comes across in every interaction I have experienced during this process. I highly recommend this company and look forward to the superb customer support of my system. From first call to final inspection, the Kasselman team was prompt, informative, and entirely professional. Obviously, installing solar panels is quite an investment of time and money. We had three companies give quotes and Kasselman beat the others by a mile on cost. The project manager, Alex, was proactive in communication. With current state incentives, a lot of the cost hurdle is easily overcome. Highly recommend.
