I called the Highway Dept. to address an issue I had with run-off coming onto my driveway. They responded in a timely manner with professional results!
Dept usually does a great job plowing but not this past week, the side roads were horrible to say the least. I thought masks were mandated but, apparently not since several workers were out sick.
Recently our road was paved and the job was excellent!!!
However, some adjustment needed to be made, to the road outside my driveway, so I called the highway department. The response to my call was professional and helpful and Mr. Othner returned my call and responded to my concerns . He was courteous and professional and extremely helpful. Within a few days, the Highway Dept. was back to address my concerns. It was truly a positive experience!!
