I am a disabled American who was in the glass trade for years. I used Quality for my own business and highly recommended them to any and all glass companies to use for their shower doors. I recently needed a 3/8" tempered panel for my personal shower and called them to try to not have to pay retail at a glass shop, mind you I was a loyal customer well liked by the staff and operator of that business in the 1990's through the early 2000's, they refused to sell me a simple tempered panel to help save me a very important precious few dollars. I guess they've grown a bit and no longer care about former customers that cant give them a pile of business like I used to... I give them 2 stars because of the past, I minus 3 because they could have chose to help a former friend/customer who was in need of help. I couldn't even get through to the man, Mike... Never forget where you came from , shame...
This company is a pleasure to do business with. Troy, and every other employee that we had the pleasure to interact with, is professional, detail oriented and expert in their field. The best company in their industry, hands down.
