I kind of agree with many of the other reviewers...great doctors here, especially Dr Uhorchak, but they are not staffed well. Since joining Crystal Run, the care has gone steadily downhill. I needed PT, but have since gone to a smaller, locally run facility because I felt like just a number here.
Good Doctors. Deficient staff. The biggest mistake this practice made was joining Crystal Run. We have not had one visit that has run smoothly. They screw up who youhave an appointment with, insurance and follow up.
I've gotten through several competitive sports related injuries here, including a resulting shoulder surgery by one of their surgeons and they are amazing! The docs and PA's alike are fantastic and I love that the PT place is right next store. My dad even went for back and wrist injuries and everything was great 🙌
