Wallace Energy

Had my old heating system fail (heat & hot water) just three days before Christmas. I contacted several companies for help. Wallace Energy was the most responsive. They came out and evaluated what was needed. They were able to install a new system on Christmas eve! The other companies that I contacted sent me bids after I decided to go with Wallace, -- all their bids were higher. I'm totally satisfied with Wallace Energy.

Used them for more than a decade, service was seamless, deliveries like clockwork, emergency service even on nights and weekends, when they couldn't fix something in my boiler they refunded my service fee.

All around good service.

This review is a few months overdue, but I was so satisfied that it stayed with me to write it. Back in April, Justin698 came by to inspect our oil tank and although he had to give us bad news (it needed replacing), he was able to explain exactly what had happened and how. Definitely asking for him by name the next time we need services!

I wish I connected with Wallace years ago!!! They got me to do a service contract, which I was very sure would be a mistake. But not only have they delivered emergency heating oil at no charge and performed yearly maintenance. They have most recently showed up for a small oil drip in my system. They came pretty quick and best of all, no out of pocket cost. Highly recommend especially if you have an older system or not able to do the work yourself.
