Pool It of The Hudson Valley

I was looking for a reputable pool store to help with the cleaning of my above ground pool . I was given 2 recommendations by a local pool store . The First Gentleman I called and texted offered help after I did most of the work . When I contacted , John , not only was he polite but by looking at pictures he was willing to affordably work with me and come to mine and my family’s rescue . He spent hours in the sweltering heat in my back yard , replaced missing pieces and was extremely respectful. If I could give him 10 stars I would . I have worked with several pool stores in the 16 years I’ve had a pool , and this by far has been my best experience. I would definitely recommend them for all your pool needs . We gave them a tray and are glad we did. Johnny in the store was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we had all the right stuff to open our pool this year. Stay away from the big chain stores and support a local family owned business.

Outstanding service I just moved to the area and Never had a pool And they gave me step by step instructions on turn my dark green pool into a lovely crystal clear blue pool.They gave me the correct supplies and I will be a customer for life and will recommend them to everyone. For ex their competitor sold me a 20 foot hose I have a 27 foot pool so obviously 20 feet was not long enough. Pool it corrected that situation. I have been going to this business for a number of years . They have replaced a liner that was installed by another pool business in the area.They came and installed it on date and time promised … they did an outstanding job. Had an issue with pool filter motor and George again came to the rescue. I use his pool closing kit and every year the cover comes off and we have beautiful crystal clear water. This summer my water was blue but looked a little off took it to George wrote out what I needed and instructions on how to treat pool… followed his directions and my pool water was amazing!!!
