Stopped in the shop with a question about some minor damage to my car that happened at Calverton cemetery while attending an FDNY funeral of a friend. They took care of me on the spot and buffed out the damage- couldn’t tell it was ever hit. Thank you Kessel Collision ! My wife backed into a dumpster a while back and to save some money I bought an OEM bumper for her 2019 Camry XSE and my intentions were to find a reputable body shop to paint the bumper and I would do the install myself. I researched the whole internet which sent me to Kessel Collision, there reviews basically won me over. I went to Kessel and they treated me great and we’re extremely professional and didn’t hesitate to take on the job. The bumper came out outstanding and the color match was spot on and it was a 3 stage paint job. I’m so thankful for the team at Kessel, not only was the job outstanding, they worked with me on the cost. Thank you so much Greg for working with me and making the wife smile. My car was kicking so acting upon a referral, I brought my car into Kessel yesterday and picked it up today. From the front desk to the mechanics in the back, I was treated like family. After dropping it off, I received a call from Joe, who explained the condition of my 2000 Grand Marquis. He went over everything they had found, asked me several questions and in-between, answered my questions. I knew it needed a tune-up, oil change and inspection as well as other items that needed to be addressed. Well today I got into my "new" car ----- because after picking it up from the men at Kessel, my driving experience is like driving a new car. It's once again a pleasure driving and that fear I had of, "what's going to happen next", is no longer with me. Andy reviewed each part of the bill with me and answered any remaining questions I had. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail was great and though I try to stay away from giving anyone or place a perfect score as a rating, here it is hands down in their favor. I completely recommend anyone with an auto question or problem to take it to Kessel. In fact, that's a good idea for a tee shirt: TAKE IT TO KESSEL.
