Excellent service. Jesus is an excellent colorist, very friendly and cares about what you really need. Very reasonable prices.
Jesús was a master colorist that did a half of head of highlights and I am so happy I went here. He saw a condition of my hair and did not want to burn them, so it will not be damaged hair in postpartum. I am happy with the result, it was a nice conversation throughout. He told me he has been working in the same hair salon for 35 years in Peekskills. They also do men’s hair, colors, haircuts and blow dry for 55$. Place is clean and allowed me to come with baby gear. Will be coming back only here. The owner is pleasant and interested in you.
A friend of mine recently had her hair cut in a much younger looking design at L.A. Monroe, She looked absolutely stunning! It changed her whole look, and self-worth!!
I decided to "take the plunge" and give Louis a try. Not gonna lie....after 2 1/2 years with the same stylist, it was a bit hard to make the switch.
Well....both Louis, and Jesus were amazing!! Jesus washed my hair and pampered me...between the two of them, I felt as if I was in an upscale salon on 5th Avenue in Manhattan only difference is that their prices are a fraction of what you pay in "The Big Apple"!!
Furthermore, the customer service is second-to-none! Both Louis and Jesus did my hair and make-up for a special family event. I have never received so many compliments in my life!!
Give these guys a try....you won't be sorry! They will make you feel like a million dollars!!
They are all amazing. I get color and cuts. Prices are fair and attention to detail is amazing. I have wavy/curly hair and Louis, is amazing with cutting it. Jesus, does a great color and it even sticks to my difficult gray?. Just love it here. 👍👍👍
Staff keeps this salon meticulously clean, limits occupancy to customers only, health checks and temperature before entering, partitions between seats and of course everyone wears masks. I've been coming here for years and the owner and colorist are great! They take the time to listen, make suggestions and ensure you are happy with the outcome. They did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I do not hesitate to recommend L A Monroe.
