I have been a patient of Jasmine’s for over twenty years. Jasmine is a very caring, knowledgeable, great acupuncturist. She knows her stuff and does it well. If you are in pain, you should definitely book an appointment to get relief.

My 89 year old mother in law has been coming to Lai acupuncture for treatment of arthritis in her hips and knees for several years. Jasmine Lai is a warm, caring and knowledgeable professional whose expertise in pain mitigation is second to none. My mother in law is able to walk better after treatments. Dr. Lai also treats depression, intestinal issues and anxiety with noticeable improvement. The office and treatment rooms are very clean and the office staff are very professional. Jasmine Lai has given my mother in law her independence and dignity. I highly recommend Lai acupuncture for treatment of any physical or mental ailments.

I am a patient that suffers from Patellofemoral arthritis since September 2023 which is a type of knee arthritis that specifically affects the joint between the kneecap (patella) and the thighbone (femur). It occurs when the articular cartilage on the underside of the kneecap and/or the trochlear groove (the groove in the femur that the kneecap slides in) wears down and becomes inflamed. This can lead to pain, stiffness, and other symptoms that affect knee function.

Several times a year I go to my orthopedist for a Gel Injection shot in the left knee. Helps me but it is a lot of red tape getting the injection approved from the insurance company because they do not believe it is not medically necessary

As an alternative. I am trying acupuncture

I had my appointment today with Ms. Lai.

Explained the above situation with her.

Although it will take several treatments After the first treatment I felt relief from the pain in the left knee.

If you need an acupuncturist that cares for her patients. Warm friendly environment. Great location.

    I highly recommend Ms Lai

"After two months of debilitating shoulder, neck, and arm pain (including a painful click when lifting my arm), I was fortunate to find Dr. Jasmine Hong Lai at Lai Acupuncture. They were able to get me in quickly, which I gratefully appreciated .

Dr. Lai gentle technique made the needle placement completely painless. The addition of the tens machine and heat lamp really targeted my pain points and provided significant relief. For the first time in two months, I slept through the night without needing pain medication! The office environment is also very clean, comfortable, and calming.
I'm already looking forward to my next appointment and highly recommend acupuncture for pain management and other issues.
