Forget the wine tours. Beer is where it’s at. Great time with friends at Blue Point Brewery.
I took a tour, we visited 4 breweries (barrage, great south bay, port jefferson, blue point) and a pub. It was a lot of fun. The driver seemed to always want to keep things moving rather than let people chill at the breweries, but maybe he was trying to compensate for the traffic. The bus was mostly good, it was certainly fun hanging out drinking in the bus, except the shocks didn't seem to be quite up to snuff, and it was sometimes a rocky ride.
