I just was too late fix traffic ticket and came to them. Start conversation with young lady and from beginning she was not polite even rude i suppose maybe because i didn’t understand her clearly first time cause im not native speaker English. Whatever very disappointed her explanation and attitude. I even don’t know her name personally but i hope my comment will read management and …you know….
I received 2 tickets on 8/26/25 and went to the Court Clerk to plead on 8/27/25. The clerk, Christy, was so helpful and informative, I wish I could hug her. As a fellow civil servant, I applaud your customer service. Thank you!

I do not get tickets very often, but in the few occasions I have in the last several years no other municipality has operated and smoothly and professionally as this one. The District Attorney was reasonable and empathetic, and so was Judge Dolan. Rather than having my time wasted for hours, the court operated smoothly and right to the point and I think there is a lesson to be learned from all other courts I have been to. Great job!
One of the most professional, efficient, and organized courts in the County and the entire region. The clerks and staff are very helpful and friendly and things get done quickly. They're the best
