Was recommended through some clients They took great care of my cat
The process of getting him vaccinated was a breeze
Thankyou
Always friendly. Both the front desk and Dr always go above and beyond for my Gigigirl
My family has been bringing our dogs to CCVH for many years. We have had nothing but kind and compassionate care. The manager Heaven is always great with our dog Ham, who gets nervous and won’t walk on the wood floors. The techs are helpful in bringing a yoga mat for him to sit on. We just had to bring Ham in for a dental including a tooth extraction. It was very sudden, essentially an emergency, and they got us scheduled the very next day. Dr Mills the chief of staff was excellent. He took the time to answer my questions, explained the procedure, and calmed my fears. He was very good with Ham. Thank you CCVH.
We wanted a new vet for Presley, my coworker told me about Columbus Vet. To my surprise I was able to schedule a new patient visit on a Saturday morning. The two ladies at the front desk were so friendly. She actually got Presley to eat a treat while being weighed. We went into the patient room, very nice couch for the adults to sit on. Eileen came in and just loved on Presley so much and got all her information that we had concerns with. The doctor came in ( Dr. Valente, Valentino) and her and Eileen got right down on the floor with her and checked out all of our concerns. She even got to lick some cheese off a tongue depressor while getting her shots! They then took Presley out for her nail trimming/anal glands treatment and blood work. She also needed to give a urine sample which we have never had that done before but Eileen came right outside with us and got the sample immediately!! Great job to this amazing team! Highly recommend!
My dog, Sean, is not an easy patient. While he is cute and fluffy, he is not friendly to other dogs to put it nicely. His anxiety shows up through lots of barking and panting when he even so much as hears other paws moving outside of the exam room. He does not like his back legs being handled and gives everyone a difficult time when it’s time to draw blood for labs.
All that to say, the staff at Columbus Central Veterinary Hospital are always such professionals in caring for him. They do everything possible to make him comfortable, while also being mindful and protective of their other patients. Their time and effort in doing so is greatly appreciated and I am so grateful that they never make me feel ashamed of my animal son’s reactive behavior. Thank you to each and every one of you that makes his visits possible!
