Two years ago I went to Dr. Jaffe after repeated visits to my primary care physician and ER could not help with my issues. Dr. Jaffe was very thorough and helpful and professional. I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and I have been doing well from then until recently, if I was still in NJ I would have gone back to Dr. Jaffe. I agree that the front office staff can do better
Dr. Jaffe has helped me twice w two different issues and both times he was very respectful, kind and thorough in the testing that needed to be done. Yes I would recommend.
Office staff is very rude they seem to hold conversations amongst themselves even when waiting on you.My last visit in April really was bad .I waited 2 hers.before they took me in 45 min.before he came in.Never again will I go back. I. will travel a further distance to due s new ENT instead of there.I only stayed because my ear hurt so bad I needed medical attention.
