They were pleasant and helpful during the session. However, they gave me a blank disc to take to my physician, which was not discovered until my appointment with him a few days later.
Lola was fantastic. I forgot my script and was 100% prepared to reschedule for a different day. She called my Dr. who unfortunately couldn't help because the script was handwritten. Lola was able to find an appointment in 45 minutes allowing me to go home, get the prescription and return without needing to come a different day. I've never experienced service like this. The entire front desk staff was friendly and took their time with each patient. The wait to get to the front was long, but worth it when you realize how attentive they are. X-ray techs were also wonderful.
I’ve always had positive experiences at Princeton Radiology in Mercerville. In 2023, they were the ones who discovered my pregnancy during an ultrasound—something a larger hospital completely missed. That moment was life-changing, and I’ll never forget the care and thoroughness they showed.
Today, I returned for a mammogram and an ultrasound checkup, and once again the service was excellent. The staff, especially the ladies at the front and in the exam rooms, have such warm personalities and make you feel at ease right away. Their professionalism is matched by genuine kindness, which makes a huge difference during appointments that can feel stressful.
Princeton Radiology continues to earn my trust and gratitude. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking compassionate, attentive, and accurate care.
The facility is great, the staff is wonderful. The scheduling process is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I would give 4/5 stars if it weren’t for the horrible scheduling process that I have experienced 3 times - so it was not an anomaly. Improve your system!
The staff were very kind and courteous. The facility was clean and professional. The only non positive thing I have to say is- Scheduling told me my appointment was at 12:30, and to arrive 15 early to do paperwork. no biggie. I did, but when I checked in my appointment was actually at 1pm. Another person who arrived shortly after me was told she’d be waiting a while since her appointment was also at 1. However, she also mentioned that she was told to be there much earlier than her appointment time. I understand having people arrive early so things don’t run behind, but it’s a trade off when it fills up the waiting room with frustrated patients.
