Marinara Pizza - Greenvale

I always drive past this place and it has always caught my eye, but it wasn't until tonight that I decided to give it a try. I'm happy that I did.

Finding a good "specialty slice" is much harder than you'd think. Since Joannes Gourmet in Roslyn closed, I've honestly been unable to find one until this evening. I ordered Marinara's Buffalo Chicken and BBQ Chicken slices and they were delicious. The dough which I'll reference as "the bread" was really good on both slices. The slices held strong when folded and there was nice spotting on the bottom of the slices adding to the pizza's overall character/flavor. The chicken on both slices were tender, not hard as it is often at other pizza shops. The sauces used were great and not over powering. The buffalo slice gave you that nice wing sauce flavor without abrasive heat. Really nice job Marinara!

I also tried the burnt broccoli which was delicious. Each piece had the perfect amount of char and the right amount of crunch. Once again great job Marinara.

I doordashed the order tonight, but I've got the feeling that when I visit in person and try in the restaurant, I'm going to enjoy it all even more.

After literally years of passing this place by, i finally decided to give it a try. Upon entering, the spanish kid with the baseball cap and red apron did not ask if i needed anything, but was very helpful with the two you ladies next in line. Then came the meatball parm on toasted garlic bread…and well, lets just say the meatball hero at subway was better and alot tastier. Barely any garlic on the bread, and pale meatballs. OMG. Now i know why the place was almost empty today around 1pm and people give this place poor reviews. First and last time!

My sons and I came for lunch yesterday to try your pizza and heros, and it was totally worth the hour drive! We ordered a margherita pie, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, and a chicken parm hero, and it was all delicious. The crust on the pizza was tasty and light. The service was incredible. We cant wait to return with my husband!

Great new place. Pizza is solid and they have a great selection. Check out the options for stuffed sicilian, that was the highlight for me. Price is reasonable for the quality. Employees were very nice and the service was quick. Definitely a nice place to sit, the interior is bright and open.

Marinara pizza is phenomenal! The best new addition to Roslyn. I always said there weren’t enough good pizzerias in Roslyn and the pizza gods have answered. Place is crisp, clean and good looking. I recently tried the pizza at this fantastic pizzeria, and the MVP Slice truly stole the show! The perfect combination of crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and a generous topping selection made it an absolute delight. Each bite was a taste of pizza perfection, making it a must-try for any pizza enthusiast. The overall experience was elevated by friendly service and a cozy atmosphere, making it a standout choice for pizza lovers. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their slices.
