I lost my mother on New Years Day and what was an absolutely unexpected and traumatizing loss, the staff at Martin A Gleason (Whitestone) was there to carry out all of her/my wishes without fail. The facilities were beautiful, the staff professional and courteous, and they made sure that everything I asked for they delivered upon beyond my expectations. Her hair and make up were absolutely remarkable and my mother looked beautiful. I hope that my review can help anyone going through the difficult decision on deciding who to choose when handling their loved one with dignity and respect. I felt beyond comfortable in making the decision to choose Martin A. Gleason to honor my loved one and I was so happy that I did. My family and I thank you!
During one of the hardest times in life the entire staff at Martin A. Gleason was there to support, guide and help us get through, and give my mom the care she deserved.
I have been to many funerals in my time, and have never seen more beautiful cosmetic work done before. Everyone very nice and helpful also.
My father was laid to rest at Gleason's in 2014. The staff was so warm, compassionate, and helpful. We were in grief and numb at the time, not knowing what to do first. They stepped in and not only directed us, but also made us feel at ease. Additionally, the home is clean, spacious and provided a sense of comfort. I highly recommend Gleason's.
