Live Unloading by appointment only,Receiving door near by dock 169 at the back of the building.Entrance to the property from the signals intersection but TURN LEFT from Union St/416 prohibited 🚫/ do so if late for appointment.

What a fiasco! First, we are given 3 different delivery appointment times and dates. Second, at the truck entrance, there's a sign that says no trucks. Third, we were told to go to the shipping side for delivery. Fourth, we were put in door 4 and told to walk down to door 64 in order to check in, and even after all that, we're standing here waiting for anyone to come unload us! Ridiculous!!!!

the place is still new so its still a lil confusingyou have to turn in to canning road drive straight to the gate call so they let you in after the gate the first left is shipping area where they have shipping office but if you delivering keep straight the receiving area is on the other side of the building the receiving entrance is near the door 208 nice people overall in and out really quick ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

New facility, pretty big. Make sure to come from South Road 416, from North 416 truck sign no turn left to the facility but if you happen to come from there just turn left ignore it if you pass turn to facility will have to drive about 5 miles 416 South to make U Turn. Overnight parking allowed, bathroom open all night. By appointment only, appointment # starts with 23.... My appointment was messed up by broker and without new one they wouldn't accept load. Manager still worked out situation and once in dock empty in 20 min, otherwise with no appointment be ready to drop trailer for 48 hours.
