Dr B. saved my life . I have been with him now close to twenty years and I will always be thankful for everything he has done . Christine is the best she definitely is the backbone of the office .
Everyone is amazing! I was having issues with connecting to the internet for my appt and they reached out to make sure everything was okay and if she could call me. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with everyone there. Thank you all. If I could give a million stars I would!
Dr. B and staff have been like finding an Oasis in a vast desert. Been there for nearly 10 years now, I have no complaints. If I have a wait, it's OK with me, he is worth it! Bear in mind, if 1or 2 people are late, it throws him out of order for the day. It's very difficult to find a Dr. Like him. I believe his staff emulates his interest & kindness. A good leader.
I absolutely give Mensana Center 5 stars. I have been a patient here for years. The doctors are excellent and really do care about their patients, and are so well educated in their field, and beyond. The ladies at the desk are very personable, & do their hardest to make sure everyone is satisfied & taken care of. It may take them a little time to get to your call, but they always do. Yes, there can be a long wait time, but it is worth it & it is only because the doctors actually take their time with you. They don't just have you come in, throw a prescription at you, and say goodbye. They LISTEN. They understand. Yes, waiting can be stressful, especially if you are in distress; but when you see the doctors they actually make sure to relieve you from your problems, offer advice, and do whatever they can to get you through your situation or help. The hours are great, and they accept walk-ins. I have never, in ten years, had a negative experience here. Thank you so much to all the staff! I cannot praise you enough.
I have been taking my son here for a few months. Although the doctor's are good, the wait time is horrible. I can never get a hold of someone same day. I leave a message a hope that someone calls me back within one business day. Although, in case of an emergency, I cannot wait a day. I call and on hold for 20 minutes and the call gets disconnected. Call back and still on hold. On another note, I have paid my copay at every visit, but the last visit they gave my husband a list of co payments that have to be paid to bring the account up to date. That is ridiculous, because we have to pay before the patient goes in to see the doctor. They have to hire people who are reliable and can pick up the phone professionally. I always get an attitude like I am bothering them calling. Although this place in convenient with their hours, the front desk help they hire are people who do not care about their patients. My son has anxiety and waiting in the waiting room for an hour and half doesn't help.
