The check in at morning group can waste time, simple good Morning to group and start the hour it's only 60 min. Think about it
I've been to this outpatient facility for 4 years & suddenly they started to develop an attitude towards me.
The old ladies at the front desk NEED to be forcibly retired as they have been set in their ways for way to long.
How hard is it to make a phone call to let someone know they have an appointment in an hour?
Not some robocall I can't even understand or address but a human being.
If you treat somebody like they are less then human, you will get less then human results.
Laziness is really not a good look for an institution.
After the therapist & psychiatrist left I decided to move on.
I am happy to be moving on any personal progress made here didn't amount to anything as the same personal issues are still unresolved.
If you can afford a private clinic then go for it! If you can't & need something thats covered by most insurances try Mindful Care Psychiatry in West Hempstead.
I'm surprised my insurance even recognizes this facility as a valid service provider at all.
