My wife and I had mid Hudson come out to fence in our back yard for the dogs. The service provided by them was amazing Liam came and measured for our quote he was super professional and courteous and I received the quote same day and the pricing was super fair. We agreed and within a few days they were able to squeeze us in for install. Pete and his crew did the install and were top notch professionals it took them 2 and a half days and they answered and addressed any and all questions and concerns and made the process headache free. Mid Hudson fence is hands down the only fence company I will use in the future and would highly recommend having them install your fence!

Great customer service! We wanted our fence to be almost see through and when the Cedar silvers it will be. We love it and our dogs are safe.

I wanted to provide a review of my fence that I received from Mid Hudson Fence almost 4 years ago. I worked with Maya so I am not sure if she is still there but she was wonderful. She came out and measured and provided an estimate shortly after. 2 gentlemen came in less than 2 weeks later and got my fence installed in 2 days. Almost 4 years later we are still so happy with our fence. After multiple storms over the years, absolutely no issues with how secure it is and still looks as good as the day they installed! Very happy with our purchase!

The staff at this family owned business were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even though ours was not a big job they took the time to answer any and all questions that we had and we had many.

They made suggestions and recommendation to make sure the fence we selected was the right one for our needs. They were also extremely helpful in assisting us with the process of getting the proper permit from the town.

I have been a customer of Mid Hudson Fence Company for two years. They were highly recommended by my daughter who had used them previously. I worked with Frank the proprietor and can only say he has always been professional and intent on meeting my expectations.
Last year they installed a beautiful fence to safeguard my dogs - throughout the process Mid Hudson did their best to construct a fence system that did both complimented my home and provided safety for my dogs. Recently, I had a new cedar border fence installed by Mid Hudson and all went well. What I experienced today only highlights how being a customer has little value to many companies once the job has been completed.
This morning, I was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior by Kristin.
Upon making a second phone call to have my fence serviced (first call on May 28th) I was told that she couldn't provide any time frame for the repair due to being extremely busy. I responded in a polite manner stating that she needs to do a bit better at customer service. She abruptly hung the phone up and refused any attempts to answer my call backs. There was no call for this response...Very disappointed...
