I called mindful therapy when I couldn’t deal with my everyday issues due to anxiety caused by the pandemic . Janis was very patient and taught me how to control the anxiety and deal with it going forward. I would definitely recommend Mindful Therapy to anyone who has an issue and needs to talk with a professional .
